Medical Director: Licensed psychiatrist or physician with experience in treatment of children with mental illness.
Psychiatrist: Must have a Doctor of Medicine Degree with a 4-year post graduate psychiatric residency training
Facility Nurse: Must have a 4-year degree in Nursing or an Associate’s in Nursing with mental health population.
Clinical Director: Physician or Psychiatrist Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychological, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Physician, and a minimum of six years combined direct clinical service and clinical supervision.
Qualified Professional: Must have a 4-year degree with 4 years of experience with mental health/CAP/MR-DD population.
Associate Professional: Must have a 4-year degree with 1-year experience with mental health population.
Lead Education Specialist: Must have a 4-year degree with 1-year experience with mental health population.
Senior Team Leader: Team Leader is responsible for the management and implementation of the daily service delivery systems.
Residential Advisor: Must have a High School diploma or GED with 1 year experience with MI/MH population.
Facility Exceptional Teacher: Degree in special education and certification in at least one area of disability as a teacher by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction
Executive Chef: Must have a bachelor’s degree with major concentration in food preparation, management, nutrition, or related field. Four years of progressive experience in high-volume food production or catering, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Team Leader: Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Prior relevant experience working in similar field (minimum one year) and/or combination of experience, skills, and competencies that is equivalent. Minimum one-year experience in a management or supervisory role.
Teacher’s Assistant: Must have a High School diploma or GED. Prior experience working with children/adolescents with MH/SA issues required, (minimum one year), and /or combination of experience, skills, and competencies that is equivalent.
Other: Office Assistant, Clerical, etc. Must have 2 years of experience.
